Outcome: Implemented the Sterling order management solution for Europe through 2 pilots (The UK and The Netherlands) to enable omnichannel sales capabilities, increase cross channel sales and the provision of a premium consumer experience with more fulfilment options, faster deliveries, better order status and visibility and a more personalised shopping experience.
Rolled out to 15 other other countries within 1,5 Years.
